The unique combination of mechanical and electrostatic filtration puts Plymovent EFO in the front line of electrostatic filtration technology, especially suited for rough applications like coolant and smoke.

The Plymovent EFO filter requires a minimum of service. All filter elements can be washed and this is easily carried out by owen personnel. Filter elements can be reused year after year, without cost for buying replacement filters. For easier and faster service an extra set of collector cells are used to limit down time on the filter system.

Single or multiple EFO

The single EFO unit will be supplied with a directly fitted standard Plymovent FUA fan.

In bigger systems the FEO filter will be installed as a central unit, with multiple EFO placed centrally and ducted to each machine tool. By having multiple units service and maintenance will be easy and provide an efficient system with high air volume capability. 

Wall mount or free standing

As standard the EFO is supplied with a wall mounting bracket. A floorstand is also available.

Filter alarm

EFO can be supplied with a special electrical incident alarm, which reacts on disturbance on high voltage output. This is indicated by light and sound.

Recovery of oil back to the process

The re-covered oil drains down to an oil collection sump and can be brought back to the process from a drain plug on the bottom of the unit.
