HONG KONG (MACAU) ORDER

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER HK$600 OR MORE

Order value over HK$600.00 (approx. US$77.00) will be entitled “One Time” Free Delivery to HONG KONG and MACAU
TAIWAN customer will be entitled “One Time Free Delivery” via SF Express if order value over HK$1,000.00.
Kindly note Free Delivery might not applied for very heavy (Over 35 kgs), oversized or bulky items.

 DELIVERY COST

Order value less than HK $600.00 - you can choose (a) Pick up items at different SF Express stores/locations or (b) Delivery by SF Express to your designated address. Both delivery services are Cash On Delivery.

*** Or, you can pick up your items (self-collection) at our Show Room / Warehouse after shopping online, without any shipping charge.

Customers are welcome to shop in our SHOW ROOM (10 Floor, Wing Cheung Industrial Building, (opposite to Kwai Hing MTR Station, about 5 mins walk), please refer Contact Us and see the MAP for details.

UNDELIVERABLE

If the goods cannot be delivered due to incorrect name, incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will not deliver the goods and cancel the order. A delivery fee (if applied) and appropriate administration fee will be charged to the customer's payment account.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, such as goods damaged, size discrepancy or quality problem, you may return unused items within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or full refund not including shipping if applicable. For exchange and return, we accept only items in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included (e.g. tags, instruction manuals, accessories, and additional components). Customers please provide the sales receipt and request the return of the products within 14 days after receiving the goods. If the goods are replaced due to quality problems, the round-trip shipping cost shall be borne by our company. If the goods are replaced due to other issues, the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

We will not provide any return or exchange service for the items:

  • Over 14 days after receipt of goods. Proof-of-sales cannot be provided.
  • We do not accept returned items without proper returns requests.
  • Used or Washed goods.
  • Packaging is damaged or incomplete, the original tag label is incomplete or the components are not complete.
  • All underwear & Socks.
  • Damage caused by improper use, improper installation or improper storage.
  • Discount/clearance items listed in our E-shop, giveaway and gift items.
  • Not the first hand buyer (If it is a gift, please ask the origin buyer to apply for exchange/return).

HOW TO EXCHANGE & RETURN GOODS?

For Hong Kong (Macau) customers who want to return goods, please call our Customer Service +852 2751 7770 in advance to arrange for the Return Authorization "RA" number. Our company will arrange a Return or a Full Refund as soon as possible, if there is no RA number, return will not be accepted. After receiving an RA number, place the item securely in a box and return the item with the provided RA number, proof of purchase, and any other document requested by our Customer Service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

SHIPPING CHARGES for international orders are to be paid by the customer. Please use your own courier or freight service to arrange shipment collect from Hong Kong. Anyway, upon request, our forwarder and courier suppliers can provide estimated freight cost either by sea or by air. At present we do not provide FREIGHT CHART in our system, however, freight cost are determined by weight, packing and dimension.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

DUTIES AND TAXES for international orders are to be paid by the customer in the local country. Please check with your local customs official for the current shipping and tax regulations. If the goods purchased are rejected by the local customs, customer will be responsible for all costs and any charges incurred for the “Abandoned Goods”

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - BRAND EXCLUSIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot ship some brands internationally. Certain brands of merchandise may only be available for sale in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China (where applicable) and we will not sell or ship unapproved merchandise outside of these regions without the approval of the supplier or manufacturer.
