Thank you for ordering from us! We know you’re likely excited to get your items as quickly as possible and would like to understand the status of your order.
Have a question about your order status? Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions
If you have an account, you can view your order in your Order Status If you do not have an account, or didn't log in when you placed your order, you can use our Order Status tool by entering your order number in order to receive more information about your order status.
If you have an account, your order number can be found in your Order Status If you do not, you can find in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
If you didn't receive your Order Confirmation email, check your Shopping Cart to make sure your order was submitted. You may also want to check your Spam folder for the email. If you did not receive this email within 24 hours of placing an order, please Contact Us
You'll find help icons - small question marks in boxes - next to each status. Click it to learn more about what the status of your order or item means.
Sometimes we split one order into multiple orders so that we can ship items to you faster and offer better service. Rest assured, we'll keep working to get your order to you!
Our shipping service applies to an entire order. Subject to status of in-stock, In some cases, if you agree, we may be able to ship some portion of your order separate from the rest. Please Contact Us and our team will be happy to help.
Once your order ships, you will be sent an email with tracking information and order details for your package. Tracking Information can also be accessed through your Order Status If you do not receive this email, please review your Spam folder.
The reason you may not see a tracking number for your order include:
- Your order is being processed
- Your item has not arrived yet from our supplier
- Your order is being packed, but does not have a tracking number yet
If your order is delayed, we will update your order status via email.
We rely on our suppliers to provide estimates on all backordered items, and share them with you. Once your order is confirmed, we'll email you the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) on any backordered items. Finally, you can always check your Order Status for the most recent information. No need to contact us - the most recent information is always available online!
After the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation and receipt via email. You can also access an invoice through your Order Status.
