Questions About Order Cancellation

We know sometimes your plan may need to change! If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. As a vast majority of in-stock items ship within 24 hours from our warehouse, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

On the Order Status page, you can cancel your order at any time using the Cancel My Order button.

When your cancellation request is complete, we will send you a confirmation email and update the status of your order.

Once the item is in transit or being shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Returns are possible - please see our Shipping/Returns for details.

At this point, the easiest way is to cancel the item you no longer want and place a new order for the replacement item. If for some reason you are unable to do so, please Contact Us

When you place your order, we authorize your payment method to ensure you have sufficient funds for your order. We do not collect this money from your payment method until the shipment is in progress. If you can cancel your order before we ship it, this means we have not collected any funds.

When any item is cancelled, we will release the authorization and let your bank, credit card company, or related financial vendors know that we will not be collecting these funds immediately. Your payment provider may then take up to 2 weeks to revoke the authorization and return any funds to you.

As much as we wish to be of help, we are unable to expedite the refund process. Please consult your bank, credit card company, or relevant finance company about the refund process.

There are some limited cases where we may be forced to cancel an order. The main reasons we may have cancelled your order are:

  • The ordered item cannot be shipped to you due to Government Regulations, or Vendor’s Restriction.
  • We could not get a hold of you to finalize your order information
  • The item has been discontinued or out of stock and we cannot fulfill your order.

We will email you in the event we cancel your order to explain why the order was cancelled.

For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order on our website. In some limited cases, we may be able to restore an order cancelled by customer request. Please Contact Us via phone or email and our team will do our best to help.
