LOGIN to E-Shop and complete any transaction will mean that customers fully understand and agree to all the terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
- E-shop Login : All customers must Login and registered before any purchases. Customers must fill in all information required for registration.
- Currency : The prices listed in our E-shop are in currency of Hong Kong Dollar. If you have any problems purchasing from other countries, please contact our Customer Service at rotter@rotter.com.hk
- Payment: We accept MASTERCARD、VISA、AMERICAN EXPRESS、UnionPay (China)、Fast Payment System (FPS) and Alipay as payment media.
- Import Duties and Taxes (International Orders): International customers, please check local rules and regulations about all customs duties, taxes, and restrictions imposed on goods imported into the country of destination. Please note all fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high customs duties or taxes imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
- Discount: Authentic and price fair is the only criterion of our E-shop business. Please check our Clearance (On Sale), Coupons & Promotion for details. For volume quantity orders, please contact our customer service.
- Order Cancellation: Once an order has been confirmed and paid, we will arrange packaging and delivery within 1 – 2 days. Once the merchandise is in transit or being shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please refer to FAQ –Questions About Order Cancellation
- Order Final Confirmation : After the customer has confirmed the order and paid, we still need the final confirmation of the order. In some cases, we may adjust the items and quantities of the customer's order, such as the limitation of inventory, quantity, or limitation of the sales territories. We will notify the customer and refund the excess amount to the payment account. We will not accept any complaint for any loss caused by order adjustment.
- Shortage: We do our best to keep inventory information accurate. All products on display will be sold both online and offline at our Show Room (located 10/F, Wing Cheung Industrial Building, Kwai Chung) but cannot guarantee the immediate availability of any products ordered at any time. If payment has been received but goods are not in stock, refund or replacement of other goods will be arranged within a reasonable time. Or as a deferred delivery (back order) if both parties agree. We will not accept any complaint for any loss caused by the shortage of our products.
- Authentic Guarantee : All products sold by our company are mainly our agent brands, or purchased from other authorized wholesalers. We hereby guarantee that all the goods are genuine.
- Product Specifications：Product specifications shown on the website are based on information provided by the manufacturers and authorized wholesalers. All information is for reference only and falls within the scope of our supply chain knowledge. In no event shall the Company be liable for any discrepancy in the information provided.
- Size Chart: : The size charts on our webpage are supplied by the manufacturers. Please note the size difference between EU, UK and US.

- Does not apply to CLEARANCE items transactions.
- Coupons do not apply to Orders that have already been completed.
